Runs Slow
I purchased this wall clock about 6 months ago and it's running slow. I checked the contacts, changed the battery, checked that hands are not rubbing. After adjusting the time and making the checks, it lasts for two days then it's back to being slow. Very disappointing that it can't last even a single year.
Useless warranty. Do not buy this
I should have read reviews before purchasing this clock. I bought the clock for the backlight feature as well. A 30 day warranty is useless. If an important feature only lasts for 30 days what good is it? It appears that I wasted my money.
Night Vision Wall Clock
I purchased a Bulova Night Vision Clock from Bed Bath and Beyond. The clock was delivered on October 4, 2023. The night vision (which was a feature that I really wanted) stopped working a few weeks after I received it. Bed Bath and Beyond advised me their return window is 30 days and advised me to contact you. I am very disappointed with Bed Bath and Beyond, and I am hoping there is something you can do to remedy the situation. Please advise.
