How to send your watch for service

For service evaluations and repairs within the United States, please send your watch via insured carrier to our Houston, TX facility. Be sure to package your timepiece in a sturdy container with sufficient padding to protect your watch during transit. Please note that all shipping containers and packing materials are discarded upon receipt, so please do not include anything you wish to be returned.

If you submit your watch within your warranty period, please be sure to include a copy of your completed warranty card or proof of purchase with the date of purchase and model number. For out-of-warranty work, or for work not covered by the warranty, an estimate detailing such costs will be sent to you prior to proceeding with the repair. Chargeable repair work will not commence until we have received your approval. You may authorize BULOVA to proceed with the repair by email or telephone. Repair work must be paid for by credit card. Please note: We are unable to quote exact repair prices via email or telephone as actual parts needs cannot be determined until our technicians have had an opportunity to review your timepiece.

Estimated Work: Typically completed within 30 to 45 business days after the estimate is approved and payment is received. This does not include shipping or transit time.
Warranty Work: Does not require an estimate. It is usually completed within 30 to 45 business days after the item is received, excluding transit time.
