2020 HOLIDAY RETURNS POLICY
We are pleased to extend our returns window for your holiday gifting convenience.
Any orders placed with us 11/22/20 through 12/22/20 can be returned until 1/25/21. Please see details below.
When you place an order with us on Bulova.com, you are buying directly from the brand - and you can be assured that your Bulova timepiece is authentic, first quality, and backed by our global three-year warranty.
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. This will ensure your watch is packaged with care and arrives safely and securely. Orders placed after 3PM ET on Friday will begin processing on Monday. Holiday orders will be processed the next business day.
PLEASE NOTE: Orders with bracelet sizing requested require an ADDITIONAL 2-4 business days for processing.
Once your order has been processed, we will ship your package via UPS, and we will send you a tracking number via email.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes
We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping within the United States for any order placed on Bulova.com. We also offer expedited shipping options. Please see below for shipping options and delivery timeframes:
- Standard UPS Ground: FREE. You can expect to receive your order in 7-10 business days, after your order has shipped.
- UPS 2nd Day Air: $15. You can expect to receive your order in 2-3 business days, after your order has shipped.
- UPS Next Day Air: $25. You can expect to receive your order in 1-2 business days, after your order has shipped.
Ground transit times vary from state to state. We are unable to ship to U.S. Post Office boxes APO or FPO addresses at this time.

Should you wish to return your watch, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and provide the following:
1. Email address associated with your order
2. Your order number
3. Your return reason code (choose from below):
CR = Changed Mind
NA = Not as Pictured or Described
BP = Found Better Price Elsewhere
MS = Other (please describe)
A Customer Care representative will email you a Return Authorization number and free return shipping label. If you prefer, you may also call us and we will be happy to assist you by phone: 1-800-228-5682 option 5, Monday through Friday, 10AM-7PM Eastern time.
Please note that we accept returns for products purchased through Bulova.com only that are in original condition (unworn, with original packaging, and any removed links included). Any gift with purchase items must also be returned; in the event that any of these items are not returned, additional charges may apply.
Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed once it has arrived at our facility. Refunds will be issued to the purchaser in the same form of payment used for the original sales transaction.
