The stunningly vibrant blue dial combines sunray texture along the hour track and a central dial with a radiant sunburst finish, complete with hands with luminescent treatment, polished indices, and a grey running seconds sub-dial. The dial is further accented with diamond hour markers at 1, 3, and 5 o’clock, chosen by Marc for their personal significance. Visible through both the dial aperture and an exhibition case back, the open heartbeat automatic movement features 21 jewels and a 42-hour power reserve. The 44mm watch has 200m of water resistance and is complemented with a matching silver-tone stainless steel bracelet with a push-button deployant clasp. It is a Nice watch overall. My wife bought it for me to add to my watch collection. Also because I have my grandfather's Bulova he bought in March of 1952. (It was first piece of jewelry he bought himself at 19 years old)

After looking at so many watches, with all the many variables and features, I kept coming back to this one and it's simple elegance. The medium blue sunburst dial along with the accurate roman numerals and sweeping seconds mini tells me everything I need to know at a glance. The heartbeat mini is gorgeous to watch it tick and keep time, knowing that my natural daily movement just living is what keeps it spinning. A symphony of sorts in a magical way! The mini diamonds add a bit of glitz at 1, 3, & 5 and the combo of brushed and polished silver on the case and band lend well to the simple yet complex sophistication that is the Marc Anthony Marine Star. An exhibition case back ties it all together. It is a big watch but it wears very very well on the wrist. A daily wearer that goes from casual to board room to concert venue, never looking out of place. Modern enough to hold it's own but classic enough to stand the test of time. This one's a keeper!
